§ 10.204.090   Swimming pools and spas.
   Swimming pools and spas shall not be located in the following areas:
   (A)   Within a public utility easement;
   (B)   Within a public easement or right-of-way;
   (C)   Within the required from yard or street-side, side yard of a corner lot; and/or
   (D)   Within five feet of a property line or another structure.
