§ 10.204.050   Commercial accessory structures.
   (A)   Permitted. Commercial accessory structures, unless otherwise regulated by this chapter, shall be permitted in the office and commercial zone districts.
   (B)   Development standards. Development standards for commercial accessory structures, unless otherwise regulated by this chapter, are as follows:
      (1)   Height: same as the height standard for the district in which the accessory structure is being located.
      (2)   Setback: the following are setback standards for agriculture accessory structures, unless otherwise stipulated in this chapter.
         (a)   Front yard setback: same as front yard setback for the district in which the accessory structure is being located, except in the case of uncovered patios, decks and porches. These structures may have a front yard setback distance of 60% of the front yard standard for the district in which the accessory structure is located.
         (b)   Rear yard setback: accessory structures that do not exceed six feet in height may be located in any rear yard area so long as the area of the structure does not exceed 50 square feet. In the case where the accessory structure will not exceed 50 feet in height. Accessory structures that do not exceed 12 feet in height may be located within any rear yard area so long as the areas of the structure does not exceed 50 square feet.
         (c)   Side yard setback: same as the side yard setback for the district in which the accessory structure is being located, except in the case of uncovered patios, decks, and porches whereby the setback distance shall be three feet form an interior lot line.
         (d)   Side yard, street side setback: accessory structures that do not exceed six feet in height may be located in any street side yard area so long as the area of the structure does not exceed 50 square feet and the structure is screened form public view by a fence, wall or hedge that is six feet or higher.
      (3)   Prohibited locations: No satellite dish antenna may be located in the area between a street and the from of a structure on any parcel.
