§ 10.188.230 Administrative adjustment— Findings.

   An administrative adjustment may be granted upon making the following findings:

   (A)   There are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions which apply to the property involved or the existing or intended use of the property which do not apply generally to other properties in the same zoning district; and/or

   (B)   Granting of an administrative adjustment will not negatively impact surrounding properties.
