§ 10.188.200   Alley-side signs.
   Any business which has a building facing a public alley shall be permitted additional sign area at a ratio of one square foot of sign area for each four feet of building frontage facing the alley subject to compliance with the following conditions.
   (A)   Sign area for alley-side signs may be applied only to signs facing the alley.
   (B)   Public access must be provided from the alley. Public access shall be clearly visible from the alley and such access shall be unencumbered by locks or other obstructions to public access during normal working hours.
