§ 10.188.170 Scope of responsibilities.

   (A)   The Director shall be responsible for the following functions:

      (1)   Interpretation of this chapter; and

      (2)   Review of sign permit applications for conformance with this chapter.

   (B)   The Building Official shall be responsible for the following functions:

      (1)   Inspections of sign and installation of signs;

      (2)   Inspection of purported violations to this chapter; and

      (3)   Enforcement of this chapter by issuing notices or citations in the event of non-conformance with this chapter.
