§ 10.188.160   Nature of removal.
   (A)   A sign subject to removal must be removed in a safe manner.
   (B)   Any accessory structures or foundations or mounting materials which are unsightly or a danger to the safety and welfare of citizens must be removed at the time of sign removal.
