§ 10.188.150   Removal of signs.
   A sign must be removed under any of the following conditions:
   (A)   The sign no longer advertises a bona fide business and sign exists 90 days after cessation of the business;
   (B)   The sign was installed or painted illegally;
   (C)   The sign is a non-conforming sign and was destroyed in a manner reducing the value of said sign by 50% or more;
   (D)   The sign is in violation of any part of this chapter;
   (E)   The sign endangers the safety or welfare of citizens; and
   (F)   The sign is dilapidated, decayed, or otherwise neglected.
