The Planning and Building Director, or his or her designee, or any other person authorized by the City Manager, shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to take such action as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the regulations, general provisions and conditions imposed upon any permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
