Vending on private sidewalks or yards shall be permitted, subject to the limitations of this chapter and subject to the submittal to the Community and Economic Development Department of written authorization by the property owner. Vending shall not be allowed on any required parking spaces or required landscaping and may not interfere with the safe movement of pedestrians and motor vehicles.
