§ 10.176.160 Designed areas for outdoor dining.

The following specific areas of the city are herewith approved for outdoor dining permits, consistent with the other terms and conditions of this chapter:

(A) All C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, M-1, and M-2 zoned properties; and

(B) The Tulare Improvement Program (TIP) area.
