§ 10.176.030   Outdoor dining permit and encroachment permit required.
   Outdoor dining is not allowed in public rights-of-way or private sidewalks without the approval of the Planning and Building Director or those assigned this task by the Planning and Building Director following review as set forth by the Site Plan Review Committee.
