For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OUTDOOR DINING. The use of private yards or open open spaces and sidewalks open for public use and public rights-of-way by an existing, enclosed eating establishment for the serving and consumption of food and/or beverages.
