§ 10.164.030   Definitions.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-SITE HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY. A hazardous waste facility that is not an on-site facility.
   ON-SITE HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY. A hazardous waste facility in which a hazardous waste is produced and which is owned by, leased to or under the control of the producer of waste. For purposes of this chapter an on-site hazardous waste facility does not involve the disposal of hazardous wastes by either landfilling or incineration.
   SPECIFIED HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY. An off-site hazardous waste facility which serves more than one producer of hazardous waste.
