The objectives of this chapter are as follows:
(A) Insure that any proposed hazardous waste facility is consistent with the siting criteria of the Tulare County Hazardous Waste Management Plan and Tulare General Plan;
(B) Insure that transfer, treatment, storage and/or recycling facilities that are associated with hazardous waste facilities comply with the provisions of this chapter; and
(C) Insure that the discharge of hazardous waste into Tulare’s sewer system will be strictly enforced and that it will comply with the requirements of the Tulare Municipal Code.
