§ 10.146.050   Density.
   A condominium project shall conform to the following density.
   (A)   Maximum eight units to the acre if located in an R-1 Zone District.
   (B)   Maximum eighteen units to the acre, if located in an R-M-2, R-M-3, or R-M-4 Zone District.
   (C)   Maximum of 24 units to the acre if located in an R-M-4 Zone District.
