§ 10.146.040   Applicability.
   A condominium development may be located in any R-M District pursuant to securing a conditional use permit (Chapter 10.116) or on any land zoned R-1-4, R-1-5 or R-1-6 by securing a zone amendment to incorporate a PD Overlay (Chapter 10.92).
