A townhouse development may be located in any R-M-3 or R-M-4 district pursuant to securing a conditional use permit (Chapter 10.116) or on any land zoned R-1-4, R-1-5 or R-1-6 by securing a zone amendment to incorporate a PD overlay (Chapter 10.92).
