An application for an application for a townhouse development shall be made to the Development Services Department, Planning Division, on a form prescribed by the Department. A fee set by resolution of the City Council shall accompany the application.
The following applications are required for a townhouse development:
(A) A conditional use permit application; and
(B) A zone amendment application to include a PD overlay, if the base zone district is R-1-4, R-1-5 or R-1-6.
