The Planning and Building Director shall prepare a report on the home occupation application. All home occupation permits shall comply with the following conditions.
(A) There shall be no employment of help other than the resident family.
(B) There shall be no use of mechanical equipment that creates objectionable noise, dust, odor, vibration or other effects, which can be detected at the property line.
(C) The use shall not generate additional pedestrian or vehicular traffic beyond what is normal to the residential district in which it is located.
(D) The use shall not involve the use of commercial vehicles weighing more than one and one-half tons for delivery of materials to or from the premises, except those commercial vehicles employed by the postal service and other private carriers.
(E) There shall be no outdoor storage of materials or supplies, other than those permitted in the residential district.
(F) There shall be no retailing of goods at the residence.
(G) There shall be no window display, show window or signs identifying the home occupation.
(H) The following uses are expressly prohibited: commercial photography studio, beauty parlor, barber shop, music school, food preparation or schools of music, dance or organized instruction.
