The purpose of this chapter is to assure that developments and proposed developments are reviewed in a manner that considers design relationships of various uses, buildings, structures, lot sizes, and open spaces, while assuring substantial compliance with the General Plan. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any new, expanded or remodeled use/development. The total combined use area shall be subject to site plan permit procedures and all applicable conditions.
