§ 10.108.010 Purposes.

The purpose of the Downtown Commercial (D) District is to provide a comprehensive set of development standards to be applied within Tulare’s downtown area. These standards are provided for the continuance and enhancement of the historic downtown area as the functional and symbolic center of Tulare.
