The Planning Commission can recommend approval of a residential plan subject to conditions. Conditions may include but shall not be limited to the architectural appearance of the single-family dwellings, multi-family units, street width standards, streetscape standards, setback distances, parking requirements, landscaping requirements, building height and coverage, location of accessory structures, location and appearance of fences, walls and hedges and treatment of yard areas.
