§ 10.92.080   Residential Plan review—Action of the Planning Commission.
   Upon reviewing the report prepared by the Planning and Building Department on the proposed project, the Commission can recommend approval, approval with conditions or rejection by the residential plan and zone change based on the findings contained in this chapter. The Commission’s decision shall be a recommendation to the City Council.
