The objectives of this chapter are as follows:
(A) Allow for averaging of lot sizes to create greater flexibility in subdivision design;
(B) Allow for greater flexibility in lot width and lot depth;
(C) Allow for the placement of duplexes on corner lots within single-family residential developments;
(D) Provide for the integration of neighborhood parks; and
(E) Allow for different housing types and densities within the same zoning district.
