The objectives of the Small Lot Residential district are:
(A) Thee development of compact single-family residential neighborhoods at densities typically in the six to eight units per acre range;
(B) The development of compact residential neighborhoods that exhibit high standards of design that are within close proximity to private or public parks or amenities;
(C) To provide for a compact development with narrow lot widths that minimize the dominate characteristics of garages on the streetscape; and
(D) To provide for an additional housing type and address issues of affordability.
