§ 10.24.020   Definition.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ZONING. The division of a municipality into districts, and the regulation within those districts of the height, appearance and bulk of building and structures; the area of a lot which may be occupied and the size of required spaces; the density of development, and the use of building and land for commercial, agricultural, industrial or other purposes.
