§ 10.20.050   Action of the appellate body.
   The appellate body shall review the decision or interpretation of the Planning and Building Director or Planning Commission on the matter under appeal. A new public hearing shall be conducted and the appellate body’s decision may affirm, modify or reverse the previous decision or interpretation. At the discretion of the appellate body, a hearing may be continued.
