§ 10.20.010   Who may appeal.
   Any person dissatisfied with a decision of the Planning and Building Director on a planning permit or procedure may appeal to the Planning Commission unless otherwise specifically provided for in this title. Further, any person dissatisfied with a decision of the Planning Commission on a planning permit or procedure may appeal the decision to the City Council, unless otherwise disallowed by this title.
