§ 10.12.040   Planning and Building Director.
   (A)   The Planning and Building Director or assigned representative, shall be the authority on the interpretation, administration and enforcement of the title and shall be the final authority on minor deviations and administrative planning permits. Other duties of the Director shall include preparation of reports and recommendations on all planning matters that appear before the City Council and Planning Commission, shall serve as a member of the Site Plan Review Committee shall prepare administrative resolutions on decisions made by the Site Plan Review Committee, notification of persons who are in violation of any provision of this title and other responsibilities that may be include in or added to the title.
   (B)   Any decision by the Director may be appealed to the Planning Commission consistent with the requirements contained in Chapter 10.20, Appeals. Conversely, the Director may appeal a decision by the Planning Commission if the Director finds that the decision is inconsistent with the purpose and objectives of the title.
