§ 9.52.070   License fee.
   The license fee shall be fixed by resolution of the City Council. The fee shall be collected at the time of issuance of the license. All bicycle licenses will be transferable upon the payment of a fee. All license and transfer fees shall be paid into the general fund of the City of Tulare.
