9-03.2.0   COMPLIANCE
   Compliance with this standard shall be deemed to meet requirements for a minimum noise level reduction (NLR) of 25 decibels (dB). Alternative methods to meet the required minimum NLR may be submitted for review and by the Building Official or designated representative.
