   375.03 POSTING.
   All bikeways designated by Council shall be posted by the Director of Public Service and Safety as follows:
 
TROY BIKEWAY
   375.04 PERMITTED VEHICLES.
   Bicycles and tricycles propelled exclusively by human power are the only vehicles permitted on a bikeway. No person shall operate any other vehicle upon a bikeway.
   375.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
