353.05 HOURS OF OPERATION.

Parking meters shall be operated and in effect between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Legal holidays as designated by the Director of Public Service and Safety shall be excepted. There will be no parking in metered lots between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for cleaning, repair, and monitoring reasons.
