The 1996 OBOA One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling and Accessory Structure Code as adopted in Section 1303.01 is hereby revised by amendment, addition or repeal of the following sections of such adopted Code as are respectively indicated:
OBOA SEC. 101.1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
101.1 One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code: These provisions shall be known as the OBOA One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code, may be cited as such and will be referenced to herein as “this Code”.
OBOA SEC. 103.1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
103.1. Application: The provisions of the Code apply to the construction, addition, prefabrication, alteration, repair, use, occupancy and maintenance of detached one-, two-, and three-family dwellings and one-family townhouses not more than three stories in height, and their accessory structures. Compliance with the requirements of this Code may be considered as prima facie evidence of compliance with the locally adopted code.
OBOA SEC. 106.1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Unlawful action. It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, joint venture, firm, or corporation whether as owner, lessee, sub-lessee, or occupant to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, or occupy, or maintain any one-, two-, or three-family dwelling in the jurisdiction or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this Code.
OBOA SEC. 106.4: is hereby deleted ad Section 1303.99 of these Codified Ordinances shall be substituted therefor.
OBOA SEC. 107 is hereby deleted and Section 121.0 of the 1999 BOCA Code adopted in Section 1303.01 of these Codified Ordinances shall be substituted therefor.
OBOA SEC. 108 is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 108 ALTERNATE MATERIALS AND SYSTEMS (Deleted) (See Section 325)

BOCA SEC. 1307.0 FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION: is hereby deleted and Section 1000.10000 of the Zoning Code shall be substituted therefor.
