The owner of each lot in City cemeteries shall not plant, cultivate or maintain trees, shrubs or plants on the same, except the following: biota aurea nana, boxwood, taxus brevifolia, taxus hicksi), taxus repandens, juniper Virginiana globosa, dwarf albertiana spruce (arrowhead), dwarf nest spruce (nitidifornius), taxus-media and taxus browni).
Such planting shall be done with the approval of the Superintendent and shall be done by the lot owner at his own expense. Placement shall be in accordance with the directions of the Superintendent in conformity with the general beautification plan.
The Superintendent is authorized to enter upon any lot to make any improvement deemed for the advantage of the grounds. Lot owners shall not change the grade of any lot or interfere in any way with the general plan of the improvement of the cemeteries. No fences or enclosures of any description shall be permitted within the cemeteries.
