553.04 TRAIN SPEED LIMIT.
   (a)    No railroad company or person shall operate a railroad train, engine, railroad car or component parts on the north-south mainline railroad track located in the City, in excess of twenty-five miles per hour. No railroad company or person shall operate a railroad train, engine, railroad car or component parts on any other railroad tracks located in the City, in excess of ten miles per hour.
   (b)    For violation of this section, the City, by civil action, may recover from an engineer, conductor or company not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
