4-5-13: THEFT OF SERVICES:

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit solid waste in any commercial container placed for a private or public individual, business or agency unless the person has been so authorized by the owner or individual in charge of the container.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person not a resident of the city to leave solid waste with a city resident for pick up pursuant to this chapter.

C. Violation of this section shall be construed as "theft of services". (Ord. 258, 1-19-1987)
