Violations of this chapter is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The city may also enforce this chapter through civil suit. (Ord. 320, 10-14-1996)
