Any repair or remodeling of any mobile home within the city shall be done only after a permit is obtained from the city. Such repair or construction shall conform to the current edition of the uniform building code where applicable or to the latest accepted standards for mobile home construction where the UBC is not applicable. Applicable electrical and plumbing permits must be obtained from the state. (Ord. 320, 10-14-1996)
