Manufactured housing and mobile homes may be placed within mobile home parks which conform to city ordinances, providing such homes meet the following standards:
A. Must be skirted with masonry, wood, metal or plastic skirting;
B. Must have landscaping on all unimproved lot areas ("landscaping" is defined to include grass, shrubs, trees and gardens);
C. Must have certification by the U.S. department of housing and urban development;
D. Setup must comply with the manufacturer specifications, and all other laws applicable to setup. (Ord. 320, 10-14-1996)
