A. Unobstructed utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines and side lot lines when deemed necessary. Total easement corridor width shall not be greater than twelve feet (12'). (See section 10-6-3 of this title for variance provisions.)
B. Adequate and unobstructed drainageway easements shall be provided as required by the city council.
C. All natural drainage courses shall be left undisturbed or be improved in a manner which will improve the hydraulics and ease of maintenance of the channel. (Ord. 98-4, 10-12-1998)
