10-3-7: BLOCKS:

Every block shall be so designed as to provide two (2) tiers of lots, except where lots back onto an arterial street, natural feature or subdivision boundary. Blocks shall not be less than five hundred feet (500') long in all cases. (Ord. 98-4, 10-12-1998)
