A. Street and road right of way widths, grade, alignment, and so forth, shall conform to the adopted major street plan or comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance and the rules of the state transportation department and/or other agency having jurisdiction.
B. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, access from a frontage road onto an arterial street shall be limited to one thousand five hundred feet (1,500') between points. (Ord. 98-4, 10-12-1998)
