10-2-6: PLAT APPROVAL AND FILING:
   A.   No final plat shall be filed with the county recorder until the plat has been approved by the city council.
   B.   No lots shall be sold, building permits issued or dwelling units constructed on the property until the plat has been recorded in the office of the county recorder. (Ord. 98-4, 10-12-1998)
