At the time of submission of an application for a preliminary plat and application for a final plat, a fee, as established in the official fee schedule of the city, shall be paid. The fee schedule shall be adopted by the city council by resolution. There shall be no additional fee for the combining of the preliminary and final plats. (Ord. 98-4, 10-12-1998)
