Any person found in violation of section 1-11-13 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by incarceration in the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each fraudulent signature or wrongfully filed petition shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 263, 8-1-1988)
