The commission shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson, who will be entitled to vote in all matters. The chairperson shall appoint a recorder of proceedings. The position of chairperson and vice chairperson may be renewed on an annual basis in the month of January. (Ord. 2001-02, 4-23-2001)
