9-3-2: TERMS:

The initial term of office for the first appointed members of this commission shall be two (2), three (3), and four (4) years, to be determined by the mayor. Thereafter, the term of office for each appointed commission member shall be four (4) years. (Ord. 2001-02, 4-23-2001)
