A. A planning and zoning commission consisting of five (5) members appointed by the mayor, and confirmed by the city council, shall be established in the city. Members shall be selected and appointed without respect to political affiliation and will assume all responsibilities and duties as set forth in Idaho Code and by this code. (Ord. 2001-02, 4-23-2001)
B. One member of this commission may be a nonresident, registered voter and taxpayer, residing within the boundaries established by the Troy School District, and shall have a vote on the commission. (Ord. 2004-02, 1-12-2004)
