6-1-40: RIOT:

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse immediately to disperse upon an order to do so by a police officer, when two (2) or more persons are assembled for the purpose of disturbing the peace or for the purpose of committing any unlawful act. (1968 Code)
